COVID19 STATEMENT – YEAR 11 COURSE PREREQUISITES REPLACED BY LEARNING AREA RECOMMENDATIONS FOR 2020
Owing to COVID19 restrictions Year 10 students did not complete Semester 1 Examinations or receive Semester 1 grades. As a consequence, the standard pre-requisites indicated in the Year 11 ATAR courses do not apply for 2021 courses. Instead, admission to courses via the Subject Selection Online (SSO) process was based on Learning Area recommendations being entered manually for each student. Year 10 students were given a number of “Rigorous Assessments” in Semester 1 and a performance commensurate to the stated prerequisites was required for entry into this course. For further information about the Rigorous Assessment process please contact the relevant Head of Learning Area.
