Course duration
This course will be completed over two years.
This course is suited to students who wish to develop the basic skills required to work in the music industry, particularly in a performance role. On completing the course, students will be able to rehearse and perform in solo or group situations and will be able to effectively create and edit a sound recording or digital composition using simple software and recording equipment. This course is a preparatory qualification that can be used as a pathway into Certificate III in Music.
The CUA20615 Certificate II in Music Industry is a proposed offering for the 2021 academic year. At the time of publication, no agreements have been entered into with a Registered Training Organisation for the delivery of this qualification. On the basis of interest from students in the CUA20615 Certificate II in Music Industry, the school will initiate a formal partnership agreement with a RTO for the delivery of the qualification.
