The course is designed for those students wanting to improve personal fitness and health through such activities as safe stretching techniques, circuit training, beach running and swimming, relaxation techniques, body jam, aqua aerobics, power walking, self defence and theory on weight control and a healthy diet.

This course is a useful pre-requisite for PE Studies in Senior School.
