Course Description:
This course is an extension of Boys Personal Fitness 10.1 with more focus on fitness training. The practical components consist of attending outside venues which may include some visits (subject to availability) to indoor beach volleyball, bush hikes, rollerblading/skateboarding, wave skiing and ten pin bowling. A small theory section will include safety practices, prevention of sports injuries and basic first aid.
